Products
Each reservoir is different and each reservoir faces different challenges.

PAV-AICV® Fully Closed System
InflowControl’s PAV-AICV® (Pressure Activated Valve) solution is a world first for combining an autonomous inflow control device with a fully closed system.

AICV® With Injection Module
The Injection Module enables operators to inject into the formation at higher rates for activities such as chemical squeezes or stimulation activities. Various flow rate options are available and part of the design process to understand operators’ stimulation needs for the well.

Sand Control
Sand Screens are an important part of the finished product that incorporates AICV’s or AOCVs. Be it sandstone or carbonate formations, debris and sand control are important to size correctly as required by operator’s reservoir and production needs.
InflowControl offers a variety of different sand control types ranging from Direct Wire Wrap screens to Premium Screens for production and injection wells. Inflow delivers AICV® liners (base pipe with AICV® and sand screen filter) worldwide from several different approved manufacturing locations.

Pressure Activated Valve (PAV)
The PAV is a device that when combined with the AICVs, enables the completed joint to be deployed as a ‘closed system’ completion string.
PAV-AICV® combination retains pressures in both directions up to 2500 psi. To activate the PAV system, 3500 psi must be applied inside the tubing. Upon releasing the pressure, the system is irreversibly open for flow through the AICV®.

High-Rate Injection Check Valve (HR-ICV)
The HR-ICV function is to allow fluid to pass in the injection direction and prevent flow in the “production” direction. Deliver the maximum amount of flow through a fixed opening to keep pressure-drop low during injection and efficiently close flow in reverse with minimal leak.

Reversible Pressure Activated Valve
The Reversible Pressure Activated Valve (RePAV™) is an advanced variant of the conventional Pressure Activated Valve (PAV™), designed to provide enhanced operational flexibility in well completion systems.
Unlike traditional PAVs, which typically enable a one-time activation, the RePAV™ enables multiple activation cycles, offering both opening and closing functionality through controlled pressurization. This is done without any control lines to surface.
